Challenge Accepted: The Third 7 Days

We did it! The 21-day Facebook Live Challenge is complete!!!

In these last 7 days, I’ve learned a lot. Mostly about how difficult it can sometimes be to keep a consistent schedule when you work an artist’s life.

I am grateful for the work when it comes, but it requires flexibility. A daily live show, promised at a certain time, becomes a responsibility and an expectation. I mostly kept my word, but I felt guilty on the days I could not.

We made it to day 21!

I’ve learned that I do like connecting with you on a more regular basis, and I love your comments and feedback. I’m happy to have been able to help you by inspiring you to take action. Whether it’s starting work on your personal brand, or reaching out to someone you haven’t heard from in a while.

It’s been fun to come up with “show” titles that are topic-appropriate and also from the world of “show” (showtunes, that is).

If you’ve missed any of the last 7 (plus a bonus) videos, you can find them here:
Day 15: Time made me obsolete, and a beat behind…
Day 16: You got a friend in me…
Day 17: Impossible! Things are happening every day…
Day 18: I keep wondering, and wondering, and wondering, and wondering…when will my life begin?
Day 19: Hey old friends, what do you say old friends…
Day 20: You know what your decision is, which is not to decide (wait, what??)
Day 21: We’ve got magic to do, part 1…
Day 21: We’ve got magic to do, part 2…
Bonus Day 22: What comes next…

What does come next?

I’m taking a little break to rework my schedule, but I will be back with tasty morsels of branding and storytelling fun at the end of August.  If this sounds interesting to you, I’d like to invite you to join me in my new FB group, The Storytelling Collective for Creative Entrepreneurs. I’ll continue to share my thoughts and insights there.

You can also subscribe to my newsletter, which is a mix of work I’m doing, personal branding insights and storytelling strategy. (Just enter your name/e-mail in the box to the right of this post. —>)

Finally, A word of THANKS.

Actually a lot of gratitude. It’s been fun to take this challenge and I’ve learned a lot. I hope you have too. Your participation has made the whole journey fun and given me something to look forward to each day. Thank you!
