We just got the good news, and I couldn’t wait to share: “One Night Only” has been invited to play Cake Batter’s Funny Women Festival, hosted by iO West in Hollywood.
Who’s a One Night Only? What’s a Cake Batter? I’ll explain.
“One Night Only” is a musical improv troupe based in Venice, CA. That’s right: we make stuff up… to music! Sometimes, there’s even dancing. We’ve played the Venice Art Walk several times, and on December 4th, the women of “One Night Only” will perform as part of a comedy festival featuring female comics and all-female sketch and improv groups. We’re stoked and honored to play! Cake Batter is an all-female sketch comedy troupe, and they will be our Hostesses with the Mostess(es). Go ahead, like them here. We already do.
The women of One Night Only are: Sasha Gary, Kathleen Payton, Jaclyn Fleming and Ratana. We will be accompanied by the fantastic Dan Ring! We will be playing on Thursday, December 4th at 8:30 p.m. iO West in Hollywood.
